Growing up playing sports and continuing to compete at the elite collegiate level played a major role in shaping who he is today. Athletics taught him discipline, accountability, and the importance of taking care of his body to perform at his best. Through those experiences, he saw firsthand how proper nutrition and consistent habits can elevate not just performance, but overall confidence and well-being. That realization ultimately sparked his passion for helping others on their own health and fitness journeys.

He began his professional career as a personal trainer, where he developed a deep understanding of resistance training and its impact on the body. Working one-on-one with clients allowed him to see how structured programming, proper form, and progressive overload can transform strength, physique, and overall health. By coupling that hands-on training experience with his extensive knowledge of nutrition, he is able to deliver meaningful, sustainable results for all types of customers—whether their goals are weight loss, muscle gain, or overall wellness.
