1. Sponsor

The Anniversary Sale 2026 Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is sponsored by All Star Nutrition / Total Nutrition, 3503 W. Division Street, Suite A, St. Cloud, MN 56301 ("Sponsor"). Questions may be sent to stcloud@allstartotalnutrition.com or (320) 252-5004.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of Minnesota, Montana, and North Dakota who are 18 years of age or older when they enter. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and members of their immediate families or households, are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

3. Entry period

The Sweepstakes begins when the Anniversary Sale signup page becomes publicly available and ends when the participating stores close on Sunday, September 13, 2026. Eligible entries associated with each sale day may be included in the drawing conducted after that sale day. Sponsor's records are the official timekeeping records.

4. How to enter

During the entry period, an eligible entry may be submitted by completing the Anniversary Sale signup form with the required contact, store, and consent information, or through a qualifying purchase at a participating store during the Anniversary Sale weekend. Purchase entries must include sufficient contact information for winner notification. Incomplete, automated, late, or otherwise noncompliant entries may be disqualified.

No purchase is required. The Anniversary Sale signup form provides a free method of entry, and a purchase will not improve the chance of winning.

6. Prizes

Ten winners will be selected for each participating store on each of September 11, 12, and 13, 2026. There are 30 prizes per store and 210 prizes total.

Each prize is a goodie bag plus one free product selected or approved by Sponsor, with an approximate retail value of $50. The total approximate retail value of all prizes is $10,500. Limit one prize per person. Prizes are nontransferable, have no cash value, and may be substituted with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

7. Winner selection and odds

After each applicable sale day concludes, Sponsor will conduct a drawing from the eligible entries received for each participating store. Ten potential winners per participating store will be determined through each drawing. Potential winners will be notified by email and, where SMS consent is on file, may also be notified by text. Sponsor's decisions concerning eligibility and prize administration are final. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received for the applicable store and drawing.

8. Winner notification and prize pickup

Potential winners will be notified after the applicable drawing. A potential winner must show the winner email or text at the participating store associated with the entry and collect the prize before that store closes on Sunday, September 20, 2026. Identification may be required.

If a potential winner cannot be contacted, is not eligible, does not claim the prize by the deadline, or does not follow these Rules, the prize may be forfeited and Sponsor may select an alternate winner from the remaining eligible entries for that store.

9. General conditions

By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final to the extent permitted by law. Sponsor may disqualify anyone who tampers with the entry process, acts disruptively, or violates these Rules.

If fraud, technical failure, human error, or another event beyond Sponsor's reasonable control affects the integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate the Sweepstakes and, when feasible, award prizes from eligible entries received before that action.

10. Release and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, owners, employees, agents, and promotion partners from claims arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of a prize. Nothing in these Rules limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Privacy and communications

Information submitted in connection with the Sweepstakes will be used to administer the promotion and as described in Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Confirmation and winner-notification emails are used to operate the promotion. Marketing email preferences may be changed through the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.

The online signup form requires agreement to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from All Star Nutrition / Total Nutrition. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe or HELP for help. A purchase at a participating store does not by itself constitute SMS consent.
